Born on September 20, 1891 in Litmanova, Slovakia, to Vasil Hlinka and Justina Hlinka.

Married Charles Andrusky (Andrejčik) on November 7, 1909 in Litmanova, at age 18.

Arrived in the USA on May 2, 1912, at age 20, on the ship Konigin Luise sailing from Bremen to New York.

Christina and Charles had 6 children: Andrew, Charles, Helen, Mary, Michael and Stephen.

Resided in Gates, Fayette county, PA, where her husband was employed as a coal miner. Moved to Brooklyn, NY, to live with her daughter shortly after the death of her husband in 1955.

Died on July 31, 1976 in Brooklyn, NY, at age 84. Buried in St. Mary's Greek Catholic cemetery in New Salem, PA.
